Refund policy
When we ship out your sunglasses we inspect each pair for defects and arm mechanics to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If in the shipping process something is damaged we ask you to let us know immediately so we can address any issues promptly. We will require a picture of the item and a description of the issue.
To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of package. It must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at thesunglasstrailer@gmail.com . Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For all returns/refunds/exchanges the shipping cost will be at the customers expense. Shipping costs are non refundable.
Please note that we cannot accept returns of normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect or scratched lenses caused by the user.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus the shipping costs and any other promotions that you received in your original purchase. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
